Ms. Hannigan oversees the daily operations of FHI including several of its prominent projects. She has been instrumental in the development of Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative’s (SNJPC) Camden Healthy Start client management system and implementation of the Perinatal Risk Assessment (PRA) roll out.

Hannigan also serves as Director of MIS and Administration for FHI’s parent organization, SNJPC. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of data analysis staff, human resources, and network management for all SNJPC offices.

Ms. Hannigan received her BS in Sociology from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and her Masters in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.

Judy Donlen, RN, DNSc, JD, President and CEO
Responsible for the creation of Family Health Initiatives as Executive Director of Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative, a position she still holds. Chair of NJ State Health Planning Board. Graduate of University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and Rutgers University Law School – Camden.
